Deighton is highly sought after by both private and public sector organizations for his trusted guidance and expertise.He holds esteemed professional memberships, being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting. His academic accomplishments feature a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law and Practice, a Diploma in Organisation Development of Employers’ Organisations, and Negotiation and Mediation training from the Harvard Law School Executive Education Program.
