About Us

Our service is built on being accessible, responsive, practical, solution-driven, and cost-effective – all while being enjoyable to work with. We take the time to talk through issues, listen closely, and keep listening. We use plain language and focus on finding the best way to achieve results and deliver great value for money.
In industry today, the need for good employee relations has never been more important. The introduction of The Employment Rights Act 2012 expands the regulatory framework for employment relations. Among its extensive provisions, some highlights are:
  • Employees who have been on the job for at least a year will be able to file unfair dismissal claims.
  • Employers must provide potential employees with the details of what their employment would be. The contents of an employment contract are detailed as are those of a pay statement
  • Employers will have to provide employees with advance notice of termination, with the period capped at 10 weeks for employees on the job for at least 15 years.
  • Employers will have to submit National Insurance Scheme (NIS) deduction statements to their employees each pay period.
  • A dispute resolution process and an employment rights tribunal have been established.
  • Employers are still responsible for the wrongful actions of their employees, but not for those committed by independent contractors.
The Employment Rights Act makes practical employment advice a must for any modern business. Skipping this can end up being expensive, causing inefficiencies and, in the worst cases, avoidable industrial disputes.
We believe that with the right advice, most disputes and their associated costs can be avoided. Too often, the focus is on proving the other party wrong instead of finding a friendly resolution. We provide businesses with practical employment advice, support, and a fresh approach to employee relations at an affordable rate. Our services are built on years of experience across various industries, working closely with both employers and employees.
